I am not currently teaching. But make sure to follow me on Social Media or that you’re signed up for my newsletter and you’ll be the first to know when I start back!

All level Holy Yoga class. This is a donation class. So, come as you are and pay what you can. If you are not sure what to pay, there is a suggested donation of $10 per class.


Personal Sessions

From beginners to advanced practitioners, personal one on one sessions are the perfect way to deepen your practice both physically and spiritually.

I will work with you to understand the basics of yoga, guidance on physical alignment and safety, any personal goal, and improving health issues. We will personalize your instruction based on your health, body type and lifestyle. I'd love to help you start or deepen a meditation practice. 


Private Classes

Can't find a yoga class to fit your schedule? Do you have a group of friends looking for a yoga class? What's more fun than practicing with your friends?! Sometimes larger classes can be intimidating when you're a beginner, so let me help.

I also offer Bridal Party and Office Party classes.

Holy Yoga 101:

A 4-week introduction to yoga from a biblical perspective. This four-week series is sold as a package at $25

  • Wk1: Introduction to Yoga and Basic Posture Breakdown/Alignment

  • Wk2: Overview of The 8 Limbs of Yoga and a gentle beginner practice

  • Wk3: Overview of Meditation and a gentle practice

  • Wk4: Putting it all together and a gentle practice

Meditation:

A three hour workshop where we breakdown the meaning of meditation from a biblical perspective. We’ll spend time in scripture and practice several different styles of meditation.

The 8 Limb Lifestyle:

A 2 hour workship where we breakdown the 8 limbs of yoga from a biblical perspective.

Align:

A two hour workshop were we breakdown the proper alignment in basic yoga postures.
